CRZONE - MOffY partnership for Mobile Contents

Seoul and Hong Kong 6^th October 2006.

Hong Kong based MOffY Limited and Seoul based CRZONE today jointly announce the cooperation to bring CRZONE characters to world wide mobile content market. MOffY will publish and distribute CRZONE characters’ mobile content products to operators and channels through out the Asia Pacific Region.

CRZONE which is owned by Taesung Engineering has various character properties which appeal to different market segment.

The cooperation will cover Heart Bear, Beethovin, Peny & Petty, Dapy, Cutie Bear, Dalgom, Hearty, Kitto, Arty Dog, Norose, Rose Dog, Slow Dog, Ping Yany and Too Duck.

CRZONE’s President MR. Myoung Won, Lee said that “it is our vision to bring the happiness through wireless, and MOffY is our close partner who has the expertise to bring CRZONE properties to the mobile world in the region.”

MOffY’s branded Korean Character Zone will featured with CRZone characters with mobile network operators in coming months.
